eBOS - The Lifelines of a PV system
eBOS stands for Electrical Balance of System. It consists of all electrical components that match the output of the individual modules to the electrical input requirements of the inverter. In addition to the inverters and modules, all electrical components on the DC side of the system make up the eBOS application. As the lifeblood of the PV system, the eBOS system ensures that the power generated by the modules is collected and transmitted efficiently, reliably and safely.

Advanced Manufacturing and Quality Control at Our Factory
Our factory offers advanced manufacturing with strict quality management to meet diverse client needs. Our fast prototyping capabilities ensure rapid, precise production, including CNC prototyping, 3D printing, and in-house tooling.
We support varied fabrication needs with five CNC sawing, drilling, and milling machines, 18 injection molding machines (120T to 210T), and 15 stamping machines (25T to 110T). Seven auto and manual tapping machines enable efficient threading.
Our assembly lines—seven automated and seven manual—adapt to orders of any scale. A dedicated QC team 12 monitors each step, ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
